An Update and Time Out

I can hardly believe that it's been over a month since I've posted on my corner of the blogosphere! Match Day came and went. I said I would be happy with anything in my Top 3 and I stand by that statement. I'm really excited to begin new adventures in a new city come July. My rotations officially ended on March 24 and after being in school for twenty plus years, it's finally over!

This time between residency training and the end of school is a sweet, fleeting era. I've adopted many of the of the lyrics from "The Lazy Song" by Bruno Mars as a mantra of sorts. I've been taking time away from the laptop, reading novels, shopping for my new apartment, hanging out with my parents and friends, attending yoga classes, lazily hanging out on the couch while rewatching my 24 DVDs, and catching up on all the fun I managed to miss out for the past few years.

There are many things coming up that I'm looking forward to including a vacation to Italy and Greece, graduation, a royal wedding watch party, several friends' weddings and bridal showers, and moving. Also, I'm currently working on a new blog with a brand new title and design. I hope it comes out just as lovely as I'm imagining it will be. I can't wait to share it with you.
